$NORMIE

Solana · wrapped Bitcoin dividends

We buy the
Bitcoin.
You get the
Bitcoin.

Every ten minutes $NORMIE claims what it has earned in creator fees and splits it down the middle. One half buys real wrapped Bitcoin and credits it to every wallet holding 100,000+ $NORMIE. The other half buys $NORMIE back and hands it to the top wallets on FOMO.

Every ten minutes

One coin, two directions.

The engine can only ever spend fees it has provably claimed — the amount is read from the claim transaction's own balance change, so nothing else sitting in the wallet is even visible to it. Whatever that comes to, it splits in half.

for holders

Bought at market on Jupiter, then credited to every wallet holding 100,000+ $NORMIE, in exact proportion to what they hold. No cap and no cut-off — every wallet over the bar is credited every single round. You are not paid in our coin. You are paid in Bitcoin.

Buys back for the
top FOMO wallets

Bought on the open market and handed, in equal shares, to the highest-PnL traders on fomo.family — resolved from the live leaderboard to their verified Solana wallets. It is a ranking, not a fixed bar: recomputed every hour, so anyone can trade their way into it.

Who gets the $NORMIE.

Most coins that promise to pay someone never show you who. This is the exact list the engine will credit on its next round — built from FOMO's ranked leaderboard and its live trade feed, then resolved to on-chain wallets you can open in an explorer right now.

Loading the leaderboard…

Rankings come from FomoScan, an independent read-only index of fomo.family's public trade feed — the ranked leaderboard for who is performing best, and the live feed for everyone else. The set grows every round as new traders appear. A trader with no verified Solana wallet cannot be paid and is skipped rather than queued. Not affiliated with FOMO or FomoScan.

No magic

How a round works.

The engine claims, splits, buys, credits and delivers. Anything it buys but cannot hand out this round is carried to the next one — nothing bought is ever stranded, and nothing credited is ever forfeited.

Earning and delivery are separate

A ten-minute round split across hundreds of wallets is worth a fraction of a cent each, while opening a Bitcoin account for a first-time holder costs about twenty cents in rent. So every round credits everyone in full, and a balance is sent once it is worth the rent — or once it has waited longer than 24 hours, whichever comes first.

The obvious alternative — "pay the top N holders each round" — never pays wallet N+1. Not late: never. Here the cap is a delay, and the age rule guarantees everybody is reached.

The engine cannot spend your money

Its spendable pot is a running total of creator fees it has measurably claimed, read from the claim transaction's own pre/post balances — never from a wallet balance diff. SOL in the wallet from any other source is structurally invisible to it.

Under that sit three more floors: a manual treasury floor, a gas-and-rent reserve, and a hard per-round ceiling that spends nothing and says why.

The ledger is public

What am I owed?

Every round credits your exact share whether or not it is big enough to send yet — so a wallet paid a minute ago is credited again straight after. That is why both numbers are shown: what has already landed in the wallet, and what is credited and still queued.

The honest bits.

Payouts depend on trading fees

Which may be zero. A quiet day is a small distribution, and the engine says so rather than inventing one. Nobody is promising a yield here — the coin pays out exactly what it earns, and nothing else.

The first distribution is the expensive one

Opening a Bitcoin token account for a first-time holder costs the treasury about twenty cents in rent, once, ever. That is why small balances accrue instead of being posted immediately, and why the reserve is sized to cover the whole first wave.

About cbBTC specifically

The Bitcoin you receive is cbBTC — Coinbase's 1:1 wrapper, the deepest BTC liquidity on Solana. Being a custodial wrapper, it carries a live freeze authority: Coinbase can freeze a token account. That is true of cbBTC everywhere and it is the price of the liquidity. The payout asset is a single configuration value and can be moved to a different wrapper.

About the bubble map

The dividend is paid in Bitcoin — a completely separate asset. Not one $NORMIE changes wallets to make a distribution, so the holder graph stays exactly as the market made it. The buyback does move $NORMIE, but a bubble map ranks by size and the FOMO wallets each receive a dust amount, so no cluster forms.

The FOMO set grows over time

The ranked leaderboard publishes only fifteen traders per window, so the set does not arrive complete. The live feed fills it in: every round adds whoever has been trading, and because a verified wallet link is permanent, a trader once resolved stays in the pool. Expect it to climb over the first hours and keep climbing.

If the source ever goes dark the engine serves the last set it successfully resolved, marked stale on the board above, rather than quietly paying nobody.

Not affiliated

With FOMO, with FomoScan, with Coinbase, or with Bitcoin. $NORMIE is a memecoin. It buys a real asset and hands it to real wallets on a schedule, and that is the entire claim being made.
